the big splash…

cc is a great swimmer… and a real trouper.  however, you would think that someone who works with ailing dogs would have some sensitivity to their needs. my dog had never been in a pool before and was kind of freaked out. She wore a lifevest and was tethered. However, she did not feel secure and kept trying to hold onto the sides of the pool. whenever she would let go and chase a toy, she was fine and swam great. there was a table inside the pool that she could return to whenever she wanted. but the point is that I felt that the physical therapist was a bit clueless. She could have assisted cc better in getting acclimated to the pool.  another learning experience.

If I ever do this type of therapy again, I would watch the person in action ahead of time to make sure that they know what they are doing. I also think that I would get my own pool (it was one of those soft tubs) and get into the pool with her and have the water be a little warm, not hot, but warm and soothing.  CC wanted to get out and was shivering and finally the physical therapist let her get out. All in all, I was happy to see CC swim and will not return to the pool/physical therapist. She also did not do any physical therapy with my dog.  Not any. No techniques, nothing. For $50.

What recourse do we consumers have when we are not satisfied with a business service? Speaking of which, paypal… I did manage to get some money transferred into my account. I was paid last week and waited a couple of days for the money to go into my bank account automatically. Since I had thought that paypal was supposed to be this immediate, easy and customer friendly service. Boy was I wrong.  I finally realized that I needed to do something to get the money from paypal into my account. And then the fun ensued. what a fiasco.  there is still money sitting there like a number unlike real dollars that I can utilize and access.  Yeah, that’s what I wanted was a service that would keep the money that people pay me for themselves.Needless to say, I signed up with another company that will assist me when customers want to pay me via credit cards. Hopefully, they won’t charge me an arm, a leg and a foot for looking at the money, and will actually LET ME HAVE THE MONEY IN MY BANK ACCOUNT unlike paypal.  you are forewarned. I was on the phone over an hour and they still have not resolved the issue. So far, I have received several surveys to fill out which I have, but that is not what I want to spend my time doing filling out surveys. What I want is RESOLUTION, money in my bank account.
